In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "gampk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gampk platform, accessible at gampk.org, and the entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the gampk platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a player on the gampk platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within your gampk account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to your account under a gampk promotional offer, separate from your real-money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed on gampk.
• "Crypto" refers to digital assets including USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC) accepted as payment methods on the gampk platform.

• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the gampk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms presented at the time of offer, form the complete agreement between you and gampk. By registering an account, you expressly confirm your acceptance of all provisions herein.

Your acceptance is effective on the date you complete account registration. gampk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered on your account.

If you are acting as an agent on behalf of another individual, or if you are accessing the platform on behalf of any corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an account with gampk, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of gampk, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded from gampk or any affiliated gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme or operator-imposed ban.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate account closure.

gampk conducts age and identity verification through a KYC process. Players are required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. gampk reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active gampk account. Should gampk identify duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — determined by matching identity documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. gampk reserves the sole right to determine which account, if any, is reinstated as the primary account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your gampk username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether initiated by you or a third party who has gained access to your credentials.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details — particularly your email address — remain accurate and up to date. Account-critical communications including KYC requests, withdrawal confirmations, and Terms updates are sent to your registered email.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gampk support immediately via the live chat service available in your account dashboard. gampk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account transfers — including the transfer of account ownership, balance, or any associated bonuses to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Accounts are non-transferable and personal to the registered holder.

gampk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and SadaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account verification status and jurisdiction.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 or its equivalent in the applicable digital asset. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed within the gampk cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and deposit return.

For crypto deposits, the following conditions apply:

• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited to your gampk wallet upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 2–5 minutes under normal network conditions.
• Bitcoin deposits require a minimum of one (1) network confirmation before credit is applied.
• The PKR-equivalent value of crypto deposits is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the moment of confirmed receipt. gampk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Deposits sent to an incorrect or expired wallet address cannot be recovered. Players are solely responsible for entering correct deposit addresses.

gampk does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or blockchain network are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have successfully completed the gampk KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot initiate withdrawals. gampk strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after account creation to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• USDT TRC20: Processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 2 hours during standard operating hours.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / SadaPay: Processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. Where a same-method return is not technically feasible, gampk's finance team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

gampk reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where account activity triggers an internal compliance review. Such reviews do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus being fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being voided, with only the original real-money deposit amount returned.

gampk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spin packages, reload bonuses, PSL cricket betting boosts, and loyalty cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the point of opt-in, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus rules applicable to all gampk promotions:

• Each bonus offer is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, baccarat, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering is in progress. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• gampk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, error, or technical fault.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, the oldest bonus balance is wagered first.

gampk actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and the use of automated scripts or bots. Detection of such behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on gampk are subject to the specific rules of the individual game or sporting market in question, in addition to these overarching Terms and Conditions. Where any conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to gameplay; these Terms prevail for all account, payment, and conduct matters.

Casino Games:

• All casino games on gampk use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. Provably fair verification is available for eligible crash games.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual gaming session.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, gampk's game server logs shall be the definitive record of game state and outcome. The platform is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet disconnections.

Sports Betting:

• Bet settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL matches, ICC for international cricket fixtures).
• gampk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including odds resulting from a data feed fault or human error.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at gampk's discretion, including during significant in-match events. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gampk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with gampk games or betting markets without explicit written consent from gampk management.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds that are clearly outside the normal range of expected outcomes. Any winnings derived from a known system error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Money laundering, or using the gampk platform in any manner intended to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses (multi-accounting).
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using another person's payment credentials.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP obfuscation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — placing bets on all outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of result — where such activity constitutes an abuse of gampk's pricing.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed toward gampk staff or other players.

gampk is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or an escape from personal difficulties. Our responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time from within the account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools on gampk:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced further — they cannot be increased instantaneously. Any request to raise a limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and wagers are blocked, but account history remains accessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the gampk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Upon expiry of the elected period, an additional 7-day buffer applies before account reactivation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gampk platform for personal and recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any gampk content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any gampk material.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any gampk software or game logic.
• Use gampk branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of gampk intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate account termination.

gampk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the gampk Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Identity and KYC data (CNIC copies, selfies, proof of address) is stored securely and used solely for account verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Device and session data is collected for security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement purposes.
• Marketing communications are sent only to players who have opted in. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gampk's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gampk expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond gampk's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in published odds or game information resulting from third-party data feed errors, provided gampk acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any failure to perform obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond gampk's reasonable control, including acts of God, regulatory changes, banking system failures, or blockchain network disruptions.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information published on the gampk platform, including game statistics, odds data, or promotional copy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gampk's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their gampk account by contacting support via live chat. Any real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days of account closure, provided the KYC process has been completed.

gampk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete identity information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• Detection of underage gambling or fraudulent account creation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months as outlined in Section 6.
• Any regulatory or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Upon termination for cause, gampk reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the relevant balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gampk is registered and licensed to operate. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are evolving, and that the use of gampk is at the player's own discretion and risk.

In the event of a dispute between a player and gampk, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Contact gampk support via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to gampk's senior compliance team. A written response will be provided within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, players may have recourse to an independent dispute resolution body, details of which are available on request from gampk support.

Neither party shall commence formal legal proceedings before completing the internal complaint process outlined above, except where urgent injunctive relief is sought to prevent immediate irreparable harm.

For material changes — those that materially affect your rights or obligations — gampk will provide advance notice via your registered email address wherever practicable.

Your continued use of the gampk platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the amendment.
